Tournament Overview
The Warrior Keele Cup is Britain’s largest soccer tournament attracting over 300 teams from 25 nations offering your team the opportunity to compete against international teams and enjoy a memorable stay in this truly great soccer city. Manchester is world famous as the home of English Premier League (EPL) clubs Manchester United and Manchester City. The festival offers the unique experience to visit Manchester United’s world famous Old Trafford Stadium, Museum, the new “Megastore”!
Tournament Format
All teams will commence playing in groups, the teams placed first and second will enter the Knockout Competition. Other teams will compete in the Plate Competition. All teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 5-6 games. The Competition is sanctioned by the Football Association, UEFA and FIFA .All referees will be registered with the Football Association. The duration of the games will be 25 and 30 minutes each way according to the category. Three officials will be used for all semi-final and final games. Boys and girls teams will be allowed up to seven substitutes per game and five will be permitted to play.
