Tournaments
This is a fabulous chance to compete in an international tournament, in many cases, featuring teams from all over the world. Eurotech® will help you select the most suitable event for your team based on age, gender, competition level, desired destination and size of the event. Tournament entry fees are always included in Eurotech® participant prices.
 
Friendly Matches
You may prefer to enjoy a "Frienship Tour" with the opportunity to play organized friendly matches against teams suited to your ability and experience the excitement of exploring and sightseeing the country in your chosen tour program. Typically, 2-3 friendly matches are arranged for your tour. Friendly matches are arranged and included in Eurotech® participant prices.
 
Training Centers & Camps
You may be more interested in staying at an international training center or experience a structured camp atmosphere with immaculate training and lodging facilities and arranged competitive matches geared to your teams age and ability. Complimentary field time and matches are included in Eurotech® participant prices.
 
Round Trip Airfare
All round trip airfare is from U.S. or Canadian gateway to European gateway as requested. Airport taxes and fuel charges are not included. Departure gateway cities are always available upon request. 
 
Group Transportation & Local Taxes
All transportation within Europe will be by motor coach. All required ferry crossings are included. Motor coaches are used when necessary from arrival to departure, with exceptions at designated tournaments, where shuttle services are available for participants. All applicable local taxes are included in the participant’s price.
 
Accommodations
   
Schools
These accommodations are primarily used at major tournaments. Teams from all over the world stay in one building. Each team has its own classroom.
   
Hostels
Modern hostels are budget accommodations with dormitories for 2-14 persons. In many cases, separate staff rooms can be provided based on availability.
 
Residential Colleges
A popular economical choice subject to destination and availability. Groups are housed 1-4 to a room in universities and prep schools.
 
Hotels
In most cases, 2-4 Star European standard hotels are utilized with single rooms being subject to a surcharge pending availability.
 
Sports Centers
One of the most popular choices for groups and teams wishing to combine training time with their tour or tournament.
 
Meal Plan
Meals are arranged according to arrival/departure times and day-to-day itinerary. Half board meal plans are most popular. Meals during transfers are not included.
 
Sightseeing
Eurotech® will prepare a sightseeing program for each destination. Entry fees are generally not included.
 
Travel Assistance
At each destination you will be hosted by a local english speaking Eurotech® International Tour Escort and/or a Eurotech® Tournament Representative who will ensure your group receive a positive tour experience. 
 
Free Places
One free place is guaranteed with every 15 paying persons and a minimum of one per group.
 
Upgrade Options
Most destinations include options to upgrade or add travel services to include professional match tickets, sightseeing/attraction entry fees, upgraded accommodations, etc. Please ask your Eurotech® Tour Representative for what options may exist with your tour program.
 
Restrictions
Sample tour costs are based upon information from our suppliers as of August 1 of the previous year. Eurotech® withholds the right to adjust prices in case of an increase by our suppliers after that time.
